We want you to absolutely love your Queensybra pieces — and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. to help.

Please note that all orders are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns for refunds under any circumstances. We offer a one-time exchange only, subject to our terms and conditions

 

1. Incorrect or Defective Items

​If we made a mistake, we're truly sorry!
Please email us at contact@queensybra.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost.

2. Size Exchange (One-Time Only)

Not the perfect fit? No worries.
We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible items within 7 days of receipt.

 

To ensure a smooth exchange, please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact.

  • Shipping Costs: You'll cover both ways (sending back the item + getting the new size), but we’ll ship your new piece ASAP.

  • Timeline: Once approved by our team, please send the item back within 7 days.

  • Availability: Exchanges depend on stock of the requested size.

3. A Few Final Details

  • Start Your Exchange: Just email us at contact@queensybra.com — we’ll guide you step-by-step.

  • Final Sale Items: Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Fairness to All: We only accept returns that meet these conditions to ensure fairness to every customer.
