Thanks for shopping with Queensybra! We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping works. We have two types of items, and the shipping time depends on which one you choose

Thailand Shipping (Domestic Orders)

1. Ready to Ship

Items labeled “Ready to Ship” are in stock and ready to dispatch.

• Ships within 1–3 business days

• Delivered in 2–5 business days (Thailand)

2. Items without “Ready to Ship” label: 5–7 business days for processing

• Some items require additional preparation time before shipping.

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

• Delivered in 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Estimated total time: 7–10 business days

 

3. Mixed Orders (Both Types)

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and 5–7 Days items:

• We’ll ship the Ready to Ship items first (free of charge)

• Remaining items will follow as soon as they’re ready

• For urgent orders, we recommend choosing items labeled “Ready to Ship”

International Shipping

1. Order Preparation Time

• Ready to Ship items are packed within 1–3 business days.

• Items without “Ready to Ship” label require a short preparation time before shipping.

Items without a "Ready to Ship" label take 5–7 business days to prepare.

2. Shipping Options (after your order is ready)

Standard International Shipping

• Delivery in 7–18 business days

• Cost-effective and reliable

Express International Shipping

• Delivery in 5–12 business days

• Faster delivery with detailed tracking

3. Orders with Mixed Shipping Times

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and Items Ready Within 7 Days ( Items without “Ready to Ship” label )

• We’ll ship everything together in one package (to save on shipping costs)

• Estimated delivery time will follow the item with the longer preparation time

If you'd like to receive your Ready to Ship items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

• Shipping Carriers: We ship via Flash Express or Thailand Post (EMS).

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
